I've been watching 'pasta' which is a Korean drama about an Italian restaurant. One day when I was on my own in Milan I went into a bakery and the girl behind the counter shouted 'pasta!' at me - which I think of whenever I hear the word pasta.
Felt like making it myself - 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup white wine, 2 garlic gloves and 12 little neck clams. Saute the garlic for a few seconds, then add the clams, cover and simmer for 4-6 minutes until the clams open. Discard any clams that do not open. Combine clams and sauce with pasta and parsley and enjoy.

In the ground
In the garden, the swiss chard from last year just kept on going - so I've been watering it the past couple of weeks because there hasn't been much rain. The watermelon radishes planted the past weeks have started to sprout nicely. The cilantro is also sprouting, while the basil and parsley seedlings are doing good too. Going to have to see what tomato and cucumber options there are this year.
I think I'm going to have use a trellis for the cucumbers, because we lost a lot of them last year on the wet ground from all the rain and rabbits.
